Ken joined The Gove Group in the spring of 2017, bringing extensive experience in working with buyers and sellers to meet their real estate dreams. His experience includes multiple years building new homes, fifteen years of residential mortgage lending, and over 8 years as CFO of a leading Seacoast soil science consulting company. His work as a Residential Development Consultant and consulting multiple engineering companies has aided him in building knowledge related to the new construction home sales process. These experiences, along with Ken’s longtime passion for participating in new construction developments, bring the background, knowledge, and insight many buyers seek. By joining The Gove Group, he found the perfect real estate company to best utilize his talents as so much of their focus is also on new construction development and sales.
Ken has lived in the Seacoast since 1978 and is native to New Hampshire, with strong family ties in Maine. His past has seen him serve as both president and treasurer of multiple boards of Directors, including Strafford County Mental Health, Chambers of Commerce, Rotary International, Youth Athletics, and a condominium association. In his free time, Ken enjoys golfing, kayaking, hiking, and discovering new places to travel with his wife, Teresa.
