Ken Burton is an exceptional agent. He guided us through the entire process as we sold our beloved home and bought another house in another region of the country. He even found us our agent on the buying end. He went above and beyond - always professional, kind, and immediately responsive. We also got well above asking on our house, which would not have happened without him. He's the best!

Ken embodies everything you would want in a realtor. He is always available, very trustworthy, and never wavers in his honesty. I have called him as early as 7am and as late as 10pm and he has consistently been there to answer any questions I may have or schedule a last minute showing. Ken is always willing to go the extra mile and do whatever he can to ensure your happiness. The most important part to me - Ken always tells it how it is and gives his honest opinion, even if it means walking away from a potential sale. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

The best letting agent in Milford
I met Ken Burton from Coldwell Banker’s estate agency at the viewing of a new home in my hometown, very popular area. That house wasn't right, but it seems that I met the right agent! Ken Burton is a brilliant residential broker, well presented, knowledgeable, understanding and reassuring - it is very important to feel that no nonsense honest approach when you're experiencing chain viewings and have to make an important decision fast. Ken is the one who actually cares, I think this is his secret success factor. You cannot fake it. Ken professionally identified my family's needs just maintaining nice small talk, and eventually he became my realtor he show me suitable homes for a small family with a pet (this is not easy to find). It seems like Ken has a special vision to get you what you want! With Ken’s assistance I put an offer for one, and it was accepted very quickly, the offer was put on Saturday and by Monday the already accepted my offer. I feel very grateful to had found him. If you need to find your new place, I would highly recommend to contacting Ken Burton at Coldwell Banker’s. Ken was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. Ken never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. He even recommended an attorney in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. - I couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home!

Ken helped me buy my first house. He helped me narrow down what kind of home I was looking for and was patient, Ken was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hard working. Working with Ken Burton at Coldwell Bankers exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Ken was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight time frame. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we loved the best! We definitely could not have done this without Ken, and he really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Ken! We recommend him and Coldwell Banker so very highly.

My wife and I met Ken at an open house when we were early in the process of looking for a new home. Ken was very nice and professional at the open house, so when he offered to help us with our search, we immediately took him up on the offer. Throughout the process, Ken was patient, responsive, and thorough, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Connecticut.

We were very picky buyers, but Ken had our general style nailed down after just a few visits. We never felt pressured to consider homes that we were obviously not interested in, and we always felt the freedom to take our time considering a potential purchase. We ultimately submitted offers on 4 homes before completing the sale because we were extremely price-conscious. The first 3 offers fell through because our offers were too low, and in every case, Ken was completely on our side and encouraged us to stick to our original budget.

In addition to his patience, Ken was flexible and always worked hard to ensure that he responded to our emails within the same business day. We have a toddler and were very constrained in our schedule, and Ken still managed to always accommodate us, sometimes even arranging a showing on the same day as our request. He was persistent in completing paperwork in a timely manner which often required communicating with us, our mortgage lender, and the selling agents. Throughout the search, we also frequently had many questions about the homes we were visiting, and Ken always had the information ready to go or tracked down the answers within the same day.

We are incredibly happy with the price, location, and features of our new home and owe much of the success of the search to Ken’s hard work. If you’re looking for a realtor who will act as your advocate and get you in the right home for the right price, you won’t find a better realtor than Ken!
