Kenneth Martinez has been an active real estate licensee since 1976 and a broker since 1997 engaging in various aspects of the business. Ken was recently given the title "Realtor Emeritus" by the National Association of Realtors. He has owned and managed Great Metro Realty since 1992 and was a real estate instructor at San Antonio College for 12 years ending in 1997 having taught both pre-licensing and continuing education courses. He recently received the title "Realtor Emeritus" from the National Association of Realtors, an honor awarded to members that have served the community for 40 or more years.
