Ken immigrated to the U.S. from his native India over 25 years ago and quickly set his sights on real estate. In 1997, he purchased his first investment property, a motel in Apple Valley, which represented the beginning of his passionate commitment to the real estate investment business and set his career in motion.

In 2004, Ken became a REALTOR and began buying land and building homes. He quickly learned the ropes of the development business which required him to become well-versed in every aspect of the real estate business.

With a background in computers and accounting, Ken is extremely tech-savvy and leverages his tools to market properties effectively. He also embraces conventional tactics like open houses and knows how to attract traffic to a location.

Ken’s extensive network and unmatched resources enable him to troubleshoot any unforeseen issues that may arise, and his tireless work ethic has made him the REALTOR of choice in the region.

Ken is married with three children the oldest of whom is now in college.
