Ken helped my family buy our first home. He worked very hard to go above and beyond to buy our first home. I was not the easiest person to work with because of a difficult schedule and he made it work. He also isnt bad to look at. My only criticism is that my experience wasnt like other videos i have seen so some room for improvement.

Where to start? My agent Ken went above and beyond any normal definition of his job’s requirements. From start to finish, and even now after my sale was completed and I’ve begun to move in, he has been a constant point of contact for concerns/questions/advice. He was always quick to respond, always had a solution, was professional but also personable. When I had a naive first home owner question, he answered it. When I had a concern with the sellers’ lack of follow through on certain things, he followed through. Even post sale he hasn’t giving up helping me and I could not be more grateful my experience ended up this way. I work in the service industry as well and will always respect and recognize an individual who performs above and beyond his written job description. I have referred friends. I have referred strangers. I would refer anyone given the chance. Communications were phenomenal, he made me seem like a priority when I knew of course his time was limited and stretched amongst other potential buyers. Overall, I could not be happier with my buying process and I look forward to having and inviting Ken to my first BBQ. Thanks again sir...

My husband and I met Ken by chance. He contacted us stating his client was interested in possibly buying his childhood home. This was so random. So random in fact, that I had to look up his name to find out if it was real. When i looked up Ken, I saw he had 5 stars and read the reviews. "Sounds like an amazing agent," I thought. So we called him for more details. We even found out he is a veteran, like my husband, which was a huge plus, because working with vets is so much easier when they understand the process so well. He even hooked us up with his phenomenal broker. We even scheduled for the client to come see and in the end he bought a different house, but Ken assured us that he could make it happen if we really wanted to sell and buy somewhere we really wanna be. So, we agreed and from the get go, he was there answering questions, addressing concerns, and getting the word out to make it happen. We asked him for advice on what we should do to sell better and we followed it all and accepted an offer after the first week.

Ever since, he has gone above and beyond to make sure this sale happens and finding the right homes for us to look at. There have been a few disappointments in turning down our offers, but he keeps reminding us that it means that the house for us just hasn't been put out there yet. We were lucky to get buyers who are so excited about our home that they are being patient with us in finding "the right home." We have had three agents help us buy or sell and we are so excited to say Ken is the absolute best out of all of them and I don't think you will find anyone better.

We are so happy for that random text to appear as we are not only finally getting what we want in our final home as a family of four, but to gain a true friend we hope to keep around for a long time.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Ken these past few weeks. During this rather tumultuous time, I thought looking for a new home would be daunting, but Ken made it easy. Professionalism at its finest, Ken had all information on hand and was available at any time to answer my various questions. I appreciate his honesty in thinking of the future. I believe we all need someone to be candid with big choices, especially now. Ken offers advice but never "sells" you, you'll be making the decision without biast. I will definitely return to Ken for future endeavors.

My Fiance and I were first time home buyers and Ken made the process for us fun and easy. His response time and incredible enthusiasm made him a joy to work with. Anytime we had a question or needed something done he got to work on it right away and we were never waiting on him for something to be done. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would definitely recommend Ken to anyone looking for one. We will definitely continue to use Ken for any home buying or selling needs we have in the future.

I am a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about getting in over my head. Mr. Pettigrew made this easy and relaxing. I never had to wait for a call back, he walked me through everything! I'm not sure who was actually more excited about my purchase him or me. Absolute pleasure working with him, when I am ready to buy again I will definitely be calling him back!
