Ken Seifert

Ken is one of the business managers here at the brokerage. Do not let that fool you, however; because he loves a good challenge with buying and selling properties, too. His specialty is in the financial analysis of buying or selling a property, and he leaves no stone unturned.

He graduated from UW Whitewater in 1997 and went right into real estate. He found out very quickly that he had a passion for the financial piece and rolled that into his dealings with his buyers and sellers to maximize the monetary benefits that they receive from a transaction.

Another of his focus interests is real estate investing. If you are someone looking to purchase an investment property, whether an outright purchase or a rehab-to-rental, he is your guy. He gets excited at the prospect of fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold.
