In late October of 2024, my wife and I received news that would require us to quickly sell our home of 30 years. November through December is not the ideal time to be selling a house! Enter Ken Slavik from the Keller Williams Exton office. Ken's quick response began with an evaluation and comparison of our home to comparable homes on the market in our area. Through his guidance and expertise, an asking price and an aggressive strategy was established and implemented. As Ken walked us through the entire selling process, he constantly communicated with us in his professional and reassuring manner. We were amazed at his eye for detail, energy, and seemingly tireless effort. Ken procured an agreement of sale for us in seven days with settlement taking place in January 2025. My husband and I were looking for our first home and Ken was our incredible realtor. During the entire process, he was great with communication - keeping us updated every step of the way and always quick to respond. Also, he fought for us when an offer wasn’t accepted and was readily available to continuously show us homes. With our short timeframe, he made sure we had the opportunity to look as many homes as we could, until we found the one. Excellent service and we’d recommend him to anyone!
