Ken's lifelong residency in Princeton gives him a deep and personal knowledge of the area and the people of Princeton. After 20 years operating his family's Dry-Cleaning facility (est 1899) Ken retired to pursue what became a passion as a Realtor dealing with farms, fine homes, investment properties, and relocating corporate clients. He has been involved in 1031 exchanges, 203k loans, farmland preservation, new home sales, historic preservation, short sales, foreclosures, and more. Constantly honing his skills, Ken has dual licenses (PA and NJ) as well as numerous certifications and designations. In his personal life and prior profession Ken has been a volunteer fire fighter, Mercer County Master Gardener, Wrestling coach, scout leader, and licensed high pressure boiler operator. He has dealt with moving houses, installing and removing underground and above ground tanks, remediation of contaminated soils, septic and well installations, as well as a wide range of renovations and construction from historic to contemporary. Having been a landlord over 30 years Ken has or currently owns properties in Trenton, Hamilton, Hopewell, and Princeton. He has amassed a wide assortment of tools for both business and personal use, including trailers, backhoe commercial chipper, chain saws, and demo saws to name a few. He has a thermal imaging camera and other testing equipment. Ken takes great pride in helping his clients achieve their goals and makes himself available 7 days a week.
