I interviewed several Bellingham Realtors to assist my family in selling our father's home of nearly forty years. Of all the realtors we interviewed, Kena was the ONLY realtor who focused on OUR goals and our emotional investment in our family home. She listened carefully to each of us, when another talked, and talked and talked about himself. She asked about our goals for the sale, when another bragged about the number of homes he moves in a year. She demonstrated integrity over and over during the process, and helped us determine when to flex and when to stand firm. She prioritized our goals, and made them her own. As a result she sold the home for more the $200k over the asking price the other realtor recommended. He just wanted to sell the house quickly. Kena wanted to help us reach our goals.
