WOW!! We could not have worked with a better realtor. Kendall assisted us with the relocation of an elderly family member to their new forever home. Kendall was a joy to work with and was extremely patient as our family member made this move. She walked us through the processes, staged the house beautifully and assisted us with identifying professionals who could remedy all of the needed "fixes" from the inspection. Kendall was spot on with pricing and helping us consider all of the offers we received. We are extremely grateful to her for the care and attention that she showed our family as we navigated the sale and the move. We will definitely be working with Kendall in the future as well as referring her to our friends and family.

Kendall did an amazing job selling my parents house that they had lived in for fifty years. She understood the emotional attachment and was very patient and understanding with them. She explained the process well and walked them through each step to get it sold quickly and with minimal impact on them. Highly recommend !
