About Kendra
Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate the Triangle’s thriving real estate market with highly personal, exceptional service. As a client-focused, relationship-driven, and results-oriented REALTOR®, I’m committed to making every transaction as successful - and enjoyable - as possible.
Whether you’re relocating to the Triangle, purchasing your first home, preparing for a move later in life, or making your next real estate investment, I bring integrity, optimism, kindness, strong communication, and a deep understanding of market trends and industry insights into every client relationship. My specialties include relocations, first-time buyers, and assisting our senior community with oftentimes emotional and/or difficult real estate decisions, and I take pride in tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
I’m also a lifelong learner. During the pandemic, I returned to NC State University to complete an undergraduate degree I had begun more than 30 years earlier. In 2022, I earned a B.A. in English, summa cum laude, and in 2024, I completed the requirements for an M.A. in English with a concentration in Literature. Go Pack! I am also keenly focused on professional development to educate my clients in making the best possible decisions as they navigate their real estate journey to home.
Beyond real estate and academics, I’m a passionate animal lover and rescue partner. I’ve had the joy of volunteering as a certified therapy dog handler alongside Daisy, our amazing 14-year-old golden retriever. Together, we’ve shared comfort, eased stress, and brought joy to others - an experience that reflects the compassion and personal connection I strive to bring to my work every day.
My goal is simple: to provide knowledgeable, thoughtful, and exceptional service while helping make your real estate journey a happy occasion.
