About Kendra

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and moved to Nashville in 2016 to start a new chapter with my husband, Phil. The following year, I joined RE/MAX Homes and Estates, as the Administrative Director, where I quickly developed a passion for real estate while learning from some of the best in the business. Within six months, I was promoted to Accounting/Administrative Manager, giving me hands-on experience with the financial, contractual, and behind-the-scenes side of the industry.

After building my first home in 2019, I knew I wanted to go all in and become a Realtor. I wanted to help educate people on their options and opportunities when it comes to homeownership, rental properties, and building long-term wealth through real estate. I have always been passionate about helping others, and being a Realtor allows me to walk alongside clients as they step into new and exciting seasons of life with clarity, confidence, and ease.

Homeownership and property management have helped me shape my own vision of home: a safe, welcoming place for family and friends. Now, I love helping others create that same sense of security, comfort, and possibility.

Since 2021, I have sold over $50 million in real estate and was named RE/MAX Homes and Estates Rookie of the Year my first year in the business. I achieved RE/MAX International Executive Club status in my first year, 100% Club in my second, and Platinum Club in my third. In 2025, I was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and named one of Newsweek’s Tennessee Top Real Estate Professionals. In 2026, I was also honored as a RE/MAX Torchbearer, recognizing top agents under 40 across the U.S., a truly humbling milestone.
