As a resident of the beach’s community for 30+ years, Kendra have had the opportunity to connect with many people through her work in real estate, she volunteers work with multiple non-profits and of course, raising three beautiful children and participating in their schools and extracurricular activities.

Kendra is a board member and current President of the Beaches Town Center Agency, the 501(3)C that works for the improvement of the Atlantic Beach/Neptune Beach Central Business District…. protecting its unique character as a traditional neighborhood and enhancing its presence as an economic and cultural town center.

Kendra is also the Director of the North Beaches Art Walk, a monthly event orchestrated by the North Beaches Art Walk Association, a nonprofit organization 501 (c)(3) based in Atlantic/Neptune Beach, FL. Since its beginning in October of 2007, the North Beaches Art Walk has continued to receive positive support from the community and has an ever-growing list of participating merchants and artists.
