My families time with Kenny he came off as caring and that in this tough buyer time he was honest on the difficulties we would face. This in turn put us on a more realistic path on getting our home in this difficult market.

Where we purchased our home was outside of his normal area, an extremely long commute, he would arrange all the houses in an orderly fashion to see multiple spots in an intelligent manner. With a good understanding of the market, a soft touch on arranging time with sellers, and honesty he stood out amongst other realtors we have dealt with in the past. Not only is he worth your time, he will respect yours.

Kenny recently helped my husband and I buy our very first home. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and we are so very pleased! Kenny was so responsive and answered our messages and phone calls right away, every single time. He was so friendly and patient with all of our questions, as this is our first time going through this process. He helped my husband and I determine what we both wanted and didn’t want in our home, and helped us find the perfect one for us. When we found a few houses to look at, he was able to book showings right away. From the very beginning to closing on our house, Kenny was so knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, personable, and responsive. We are honored to now call him a friend.

If you are looking for a Realtor who will take care of you as if you are family, Kenny is your man. I will not refer my family and friends to anyone else.

Kenny has been there since day 1 in our home buying experience. From explaining in detail how all the processes work to driving hours and hundreds of miles to look at homes, not to mention responding to any texts or calls immediately. Kenny was able to secure us a contract on a home with the seller paying closing costs in this sellers market, in under a month!
