Kenny Letner

Kenny Letner's management skills enable his team members to aspire to higher than normal goals and strategic accomplishments under his guidance. Kenny is a serial entrepreneur, with an eye for finding niche markets for products or services, establishing a business, and quickly bring it to profitability. His ability to market services or products has enabled me to create and sell a food product (salsa) and a title company, as well as design curriculum and train realtors in a private school for REIN certification and accreditation. Additionally, Kenny has owned and operated a Realty Brokerage firm for almost 10 years that operated with circa 16 realtors, selling and average of 120 houses annually, and managing 55+ properties. The property management has enabled me to enhance skills learned in military service related to logistics, operations, property maintenance, strategic planning, and supervision, payroll and human resource management as well as his background experience in health care and safety services. His prior experiences of 20 years in the United States Navy Medical field serving with Marine Combat units have provided him a unique skill set that enables him to function in high paced high stress environments. Kenny's ability to multi task in while under extreme pressure and remaining calm but in firm control is one of his greatest attributes.
