Kent is the owner and broker on record. A fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker and a member of California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) since 2009. Kent has been a worldwide top producer as well as an innovative marketer and savvy negotiator with a strong emphasis and knowledge of San Francisco East Bay area. Kent is a Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.) and a commercial investment specialist in area of Mixed-Use Properties, Multiple Units, and Investment properties. Kent is passionate about real estate investments by leveraging his deep knowledge of construction, addition, renovation, along with his efficient project management skills and strong negotiation skills for owners and investors.



Prior to entering the real estate business, Kent was a software engineer, IT consultant and business owner in the Bay Area of San Francisco. Kent's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at California State University, San Francisco.
