If you would like a realtor that knows the industry and the area, and will go the extra mile, then Kent Kominiak is your guy! I had a limited amount of time to find a new house for a corporate relocation and Kent quickly helped me narrow my search down to a few specific areas. He then took me on a highly personalized tour of each location and surrounding area, highlighting unique local places, and took the time to work through all of my requests (I had quite a few!). Kent even helped me with some paperwork after my new house was paid for, and I was moved in, which typifies the service level you will get when working with Kent and the Illiana Weichert realty team!

Kent Kominiak was a true lifesaver to me. While we were going through the sale or our building my husband was in the early stages of Alzheimers. Right before the closing he had a major stroke and was totally incapacitated. Kent worked with me very patiently and took care of everything.. Basically all I had to do was show up for the closing. I always felt that we were a priority to him. He was very kind and thoughtful and extremely efficient.

Listed our property on Tuesday, had an offer Wednesday, accepted the offer Thursday closed 4 weeks after the offer was made.
Kent did a great job keeping us informed and answering our questions.
If I sell another property in his area, I'll certainly try to use Kent again.
