Kent recently helped my boyfriend and I purchase our very first home, and made the entire process completely effortless! From the very beginning, he showed enthusiasm and compassion for us as future homeowners. From setting up the viewings to placing an offer, handling all of the negotiations, and even accompanying us with the home inspection, he went above and beyond and absolutely exceeded our expectations. 04/29/2017 - cynthia binder Bought a home in 2017 in Blackman Township, Jackson, MI 49201. Buying a house in Jackson, Michigan is tough - very little inventory, and most of it needs substantial renovations even in the 150-225K market. Despite this, if you snooze you loose in purchasing a house in the Jackson area. Tried working with a Relator at a large agency who was too busy to get me into homes the day they were listed - so met Kent Zuver and explained what I was looking for. Kent and I viewed houses the day they were listed - probably over 30 of them! He was quick to answer my questions whether on the phone or by text, and was willing to research details on properties of interest. Kent was available on short notice, so we could get into properties immediately. And it paid off - found a wonderful property, in a lovely lake area by viewing it the day it was listed! We made the offer immediately that Saturday and Kent successfully negotiated and closed the deal Sunday morning, which ultimately included the seller paying half the cost of a new roof when problems were noted during inspections!! Kent went the extra mile providing contractor recommendations making my transition to the community much easier. And to top it off, Kent made sure the yard was cleaned up before closing and even helped me unload my moving truck.
