Kenville Prince has been passionate about real estate since he first migrated to Brooklyn, New York, from St. Michael, Barbados, in 1992. Watching pioneers like Carlton Sheets on late-night TV speak on becoming a successful real estate investor, moving to Suffolk County, Long Island, in 1998, and purchasing his first home in 2003 helped fuel that passion. Kenville always knew he wanted to chart a path helping others and found his true calling in real estate, serving his clients and guiding them through one of the largest investments of their lives. Over the past four years, Kenville has been involved in selling and marketing over $20 million of real estate on Long Island. Kenville feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who have become his friends and a vital part of his network.

Kenville has been working/involved in Long Island real estate for two decades and is a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). Passionate about exceeding his client's expectations, Kenville's clients often describe him as a godsend, professional, and family member long after the transaction is completed.

Due to career changes and the crazy COVID market, my house search was off and on for over 5 years. During that time Kenville Prince was always consistent. Even when us buying a house wasn’t always a sure thing, or when we were just trying to better understand what was out there, Kenville always showed up for us. It never felt like it was just about him making money because he was always honest with us about what homes were worth the value. When we finally found something that was right for us he took the time to answer every last question from every “expert” in our lives. Kenville FaceTimed with our out of town parents who were super invested in our first home journey. Kenville became like family over the last 5 years and we are so grateful that he was able to help us finally get the keys to our new home. I could not recommend him enough. We are so thankful for his patience and his expertise.
