We have bought and sold a lot of houses, and Kerri was (by far) the best realtor we've ever had! From the moment we met her, Kerri was warm, supportive and never skipped a beat. She had our home photographed, listed and sold quicker than we ever thought could happen - all while keeping us 100% updated, informed and comfortable on next steps. We are so grateful for her efficiency to get us the best possible offer (above asking in a luxury market) and making the whole selling process seamless and pain-free. It was very clear from the beginning that she actually cares about her clients. She went out of her way multiple times to help us out prior to closing b/c she knew that we were in the process of moving cross-country. It truly felt like she was just trying to make our lives easier - which was so so appreciated! She was always available to answer any questions we had - day or night. Kerri quickly became not just our realtor, but also our friend - and I think that's a testament to how she treats her clients. Kerri was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our home. She helped make sure we got preapproved for a mortgage (which ending up happening at 6pm on a Saturday). There aren't enough words in the English language to describe how AMAZING Kerri was from start to finish during the sale of our house!!! Selling a house can be a daunting task in itself. Throw in a pandemic and ya have yourself quite the quandary. Kerri eased our anxiety from the gate with her extensive knowledge of the current real estate market while also providing key points of contact for things we needed to brighten the place up and get it on the market. When we're ready to buy again, you can bet that we'll be giving Kerri a call! I would and will recommend Kerri to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Kerri was an angel sent to save my sanity! I have not moved in 30 years and was quite apprehensive about the process but this angel made this process not only professional but caring and supportive in every aspect! She is truly devoted to her job and executes it with a fine toothed comb! Every detail was addressed and made it much easier to bear on my end! On point and didn’t skip a beat on addressing all my concerns and numerous questions! Poor kid! Love her like a daughter and know she will do the same for others as well.

In early 2019, I moved to Bucks County, PA for work. In the tail end of the same year, I thought it was time to purchase my first place - a condo to be exact. I stumbled upon Kerri by placing an inquiry on Realtor.com and I am so lucky I did. We eventually met and she showed me any and every condo I wanted to see in Newtown, Southampton, Holland and Warrington. She is super responsive and was very happy to show me places even with little to no notice. For two months, we put several offers in but due to the super competitive Bucks County real estate market, none were accepted. We stuck with it and she always checked in to see how I was doing through this very new process. Eventually, during COVID-19, we found the one and the offer was accepted. She even referred me to a great lender, Ed Walsh with Lending Capital Group. With out this referral and recommendation from Kerri, I don’t think we would have closed on-time (this, in the midst of a pandemic). Also, it’s worth noting, she found the inspector I used. Even after we closed, she checked in to see how I was doing. A few weeks after I moved in, my washer broke and I told her the home warranty company denied the claim. She literally called the inspector to see if he had any notes to help me with my appeal. Kerri is a great realtor - she is kind, helpful, insightful and, as importantly, caring. In short, I couldn’t have done this with out her. My mom loved her too! Thank you Kerri!
