Kerri prides herself on being a people person. Every job and career she has ever had, has
been centered around customer service. From her first job serving ice cream at her parents ice
cream shop, to working in the medical field directly with patients, to working in the travel
industry helping people plan their dream vacations; she has always had a passion for working
with people. Once her daughters were all of school age and she was no longer needed at home,
it only seemed natural to Kerri that she would start her next career in real estate. Kerri has spent
the last five years working with her mentor and multi-million dollar real estate agent Eve Metlis.
Kerri knows to be the best, you have to learn from the best. . Kerri has now followed in Eve's
footsteps and is also a multi-million dollar real estate agent. Kerri is currently a member of the
Florida Board of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtors Association and the National Association of
Realtor. She specializes in selling single family homes, townhomes, condos and new
construction in Central Florida. Kerri’s expertise and knowledge of the current real estate market,
results in both efficiency and customer satisfaction. Kerri thrives on offering a professional
service that makes the process of buying and selling a home both fun and exciting. She is an

Kerri has lived in Orlando, Florida for 9 years. She visited Florida during a particularly cold
New England winter and fell in love with the area and state. Kerri quickly moved from her
hometown of Plymouth, Massachusetts to Orlando, Florida and has been happy with her new
home ever since. Kerri is the mother of three beautiful, silly and energetic girls. She is a dog
lover, who adopted a rescue dog from a local shelter. On her days off, you can find Kerri out
exploring Florida’s beaches, campgrounds and other beautiful adventure spots with her family
and dog. She does visit her family in Massachusetts, but only when it's warm.
