She was very diligent and thoughtful about sending listings my way, and she always made time to show me the houses that I liked. When I finally found the perfect home for me, it was a very competitive situation. There were a lot of other offers being made on the property, and Kerri acted very quickly (even though it was a Sunday) to get mine in as well. My bid was finally accepted over the others, and there's no doubt that Kerri's input and guidance was a big reason for that happening. The home buying process can be very scary and overwhelming, but Kerri was great about answering all my questions, and making sure I knew exactly what needed to get done. At the time we weren't ready to buy, but we wanted to see what all was on the market in our price range. She quickly set up an auto-search for us using the criteria we had given her. Over the various months we waited while we saved up, Kerri made numerous changes to the auto-search whenever our needs changed. When we were ready to start looking, we already had several potential candidate properties. Once the actual house-visiting process had started, she continued to be a joy to work with. She was always punctual and had made sure she had an idea of what we were going to look at with the property. Looking at houses with her was very low-stress because we felt we could get honest feedback from her. Some real estate agents are only interested in getting you into any house, but with Kerri, we could tell that she wanted us to get in the RIGHT house. When we finally found the home we wanted she helped us put in our offer as soon as possible. Throughout every stage of the contract/sale process she was there to answer our questions and get any and all roadblocks handled. When everything was finished at settlement it felt great, and I know we could not have gotten through it all without her help.
