Kerri A. Kor, Founder/President of CREW East Tennessee, a chapter of the global CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Sr Advisor with over 30 years of experience helping clients and agents navigate strategic growth, investment planning, and ethical decision-making.

Her calling to real estate began with development and portfolio management in California where she is still licensed and owns her own brokerage. Now part of the LeConte Realty family in East Tennessee, Kerri brings knowledge and experience from across the CRE spectrum - development, leasing, sales, property management, and portfolio management - providing concierge level service to investors, owners, and tenants. She is a skilled negotiator, advisor, and mentor to others in the industry.

Her specialties are in light industrial and medical commercial, representing and advising both corporate and private entities while supporting community healthcare needs. Kerri also offers first-hand expertise to those seeking to enhance their CRE portfolios, and to businesses at all levels desiring well-planned growth and development.
