Kerri Zablotney was born and raised in Minot and began her career in healthcare, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997. After many fulfilling years as a Registered Nurse, she made a bold career shift to real estate in 2014—and hasn’t looked back since. As a full-time Realtor and Co-Owner of Signal Realty, Kerri brings compassion, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every transaction.
Karlee King took an early interest in real estate, earning her North Dakota Real Estate License at just 18 while still in high school. She went on to attend NDSU, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Agribusiness. With three years of full-time real estate experience under her belt, she obtained her North Dakota Broker’s License in 2023 and became a Co-Owner of Signal Realty. Karlee is driven, sharp, and passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
