We had just a couple weeks to find a house to buy and Kerri jumped on the ball right away. She sent us possible listings as soon as we contacted her. We needed the seller to pay closing costs, had a limited budget and had to close quickly, and Kerri made it happen. We ended up purchasing the home for $13k under asking. We discovered at the inspection that we needed a new roof. However, neither the seller or we had the funds to cover it. Kerri and the seller's realtor stepped up to cover the cost and close the deal.
