About Kerrie

I moved from Michigan to Fort Myers, Florida in 1979. Unlike most of my clients that choose Cape Coral for the boating opportunities, my husband and I live in a "niche" rural section of North Cape Coral that allows for us to enjoy our 2 horses. Most people who live in Cape Coral do not even know that this diversity exists. I am a proud mom of 4 wonderful grown adults that were all born and raised and currently still live and work in Southwest Florida. We will soon be "empty nesters" with our daughter graduating from UF and our son goung off to UCF to study Aerospace Engineering. My background is in bank management and mortgage banking. I earned my real estate licence in 2015 when I felt the urge to further expand my knowledge in the industry. Since then, I have helped 50 of my friends, and their friends become first time homeowners, new Florida residents or dream chasers that wanted to try a different lifestyle. Those that have worked with me know that staging a home is my secret addiction. I have an eye for showcasing the homes best features. People relocate to Cape Coral from all over the world and I find the diversity fastanating and enlightening. Walking beside them on their journey to chase a dream is a very intimate experience and I am honored and humbled every time someone chooses me to help. Cape Coral is just as diverse as the people who live here with 400 miles of boating canals immersed in nature and wildlife such as dolphins, eagles, tortoise, coyote, burrowing owl and alligator. Having a boat in the canal behind your home is a common site and a way of life. Because I have lived in Cape Coral for over 30 years, I have the knowledge and expertise of its diverse geography and can help "navigate" through all of the choices between saltwater gulf access or freshwater lake access; flood zones; drinking water sources and school choices. My dear niece whom I recently helped move out of state recently posted "Making a big life change is scary. But know what is scarier? Regret. Let me help eliminate the fear of the unknown to move forward with no regrets.
