Kerry Adams

Licensed since 2002, Kerry has consistently ranked at the top of her field nationwide. Prior to real estate, she spent eleven years as a D.C. broadcast journalist winning numerous awards including an Emmy, an AP Award, and an Edward R. Murrow. Kerry graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is a Northern Virginia native and currently lives in the City of Alexandria with her husband, twin daughters, and lab mix rescue. Kerry takes an active role in her community by volunteering and by contributing to numerous D.C. area charities.

Based in Old Town Alexandria, Kerry and business partner, Dayna Blumel have closed more than $500 million. As individual agents, they experienced great success earning recognition as top producers both locally and nationally. Realizing they could offer more to their clients as a team, they formed a partnership in 2007. Their goal has always been to exceed their clients' expectations by offering exceptional service in every price range.

The Blumel Adams Group is committed to engagement and leadership in the community - especially organizations focused on youth. Dayna and Kerry are past board members of the Dunbar Alexandria-Olympic Boys and Girls Club and recipients of the 2016 Excellence in Service Award. They also proudly sponsor Alexandria Soccer Association, an organization that ensures all kids can play regardless of financial means. Kerry is on the board of the Alexandria Sportsman's Club and is a member of the National Charity League.
