Kerry Shannon is an extremely professional agent. Not only does she understand real estate, she makes the effort to understand her clients as well. For some, the emotional stress can be as difficult as the actual selling and purchasing event itself. Kerry picks up on these subtle cues and approaches each situation with empathy and thoughtfulness. She is never pushy, is very patient and gives her clients the space they need to work through their decisions. This builds trust and then allows Kerry to do her work on advising her clients; the advice is always tailored around the situation. Additionally, Kerry was always available - weekdays, weeknights and any time on weekends as well. When our house went on the market, she collected several contracts the very first day and also negotiated a very favorable purchase agreement for our new property in a very competitive environment. I will highly recommend Kerry Shannon to anyone who needs a competent real estate agent to represent their interests.
