Meet Kevin Allred! Born in Paducah and raised in Graves County, Kevin has always had a love for real estate and a genuine passion for helping people. After moving back to Paducah over four years ago, he decided it was the perfect time to turn that passion into a career as a Realtor.
Real estate isn’t new to Kevin—he grew up surrounded by people who worked in construction, home rehab, property research, and sales. Over the years, he built a wide range of experience himself, from 15 years with Lowe’s Home Improvement (where he worked in everything from sales and deliveries to management) to auto sales and even running his own title abstract business. Each role gave him valuable skills, but most importantly, taught him how to listen, connect, and truly serve his clients.
Kevin has been training with the team at LP Real Estate Services, where he’s gained hands-on experience and insight into the business. He’s excited to take what he’s learned and use it to guide his clients with care, knowledge, and professionalism.
Kevin’s favorite part of real estate is getting to know people and helping them achieve their dreams—whether it’s buying their first home, selling a property, or just answering questions along the way. He sees every client as more than a transaction—they’re neighbors, friends, and part of the community he loves.
