I wanted a pain-free selling/move and that’s what Kevin gave me. We didn’t want to list until we moved out which we know can be a challenge due to lack of furniture and we conceded to the idea we’d have to be paying two house payments for a few months until this house sold. But Kevin was able to have our house listed and closed in less than 30 days! Not only that the MLS was down our entire coming soon and listing period- and we somehow still had multiple offers.

We were extremely impressed with Kevin Conley as our realtor. He was professional, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire transaction. My profession requires me to respond to texts, emails, and calls quickly and provide advice and counsel at whatever time clients contact me--whether it's noon or midnight--and I can sometimes be a bit high-maintenance in expecting the same responsiveness from professionals with whom I do business (although I try not to contact them at unreasonable hours). But Kevin was up to the task! My family made an unexpected yet exciting move back to the Cincinnati area this summer, and Kevin jumped right in to help us quickly find a house that was just right for us. He listened to what we wanted in a home and never tried to sell us (or even show us) a house that was above our price range or otherwise something other than what we needed. He got us in to see all the houses we wanted to see IMMEDIATELY (within 30-120 minutes after we requested to see them). He knew most of the realtors we dealt with, and for the two offers we wrote up, he communicated professionally and diplomatically with both. The first offer was on a house we liked OK, but we weren't too upset when we got outbid...and it worked out well because we ended up in a much better house/location! The sellers' realtor on the second house complimented Kevin on his communication style, and our whole transaction went very smoothly. Kevin helped take care of a couple wrinkles with our inspector and our lender so that we didn't have to deal with them, and that extra help was invaluable to us...it was just one less thing on our plate that we had to deal with. And for what it's worth, all 3 of our kids (10yo girl, 9yo girl, and 3yo boy) loved Kevin, too. After the closing, Kevin dropped by the new house and brought them each an awesome set of rainbow "fairy lights" for their new rooms...it was such a sweet gesture, and the kids were sooooo excited!!! They absolutely LOVE them! In short, Kevin went above and beyond to make our home-buying experience as easy as possible in this difficult market. I would recommend him 1,000% and would never hesitate to use him again...for buying or selling!
