Karen was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire home buying process. She saved us thousands of $ when it was discovered that the roof had considerable hail damage and had the seller file an insurance claim for replacement. Everything went smoothly and the closing took less than 15 minutes. We are very glad we found Karen and that she handled all of the details of our home purchase.
