About Kevin

Kevin Cutler has been involved in commercial real estate since 1989 in which he has owned, operated and managed commercial property, certified as a commercial advisor and became a brokerage partner. Since 2006 Cutler has been involved in multiple commercial transactions involving industrial, office, retail, multi-family and medical properties. A partial client list consists of Frito Lay, Loomis & Fargo, Source Refrigeration, Bank of Idaho, KeyBank, Bingham Memorial Hospital, Mountain View Hospital, regional investors and local real estate owners and proprietors.

Kevin joined the firm of High Desert Realtors in 2006 and the commercial real estate branch of SVN | High Desert Commercial when the office opened in April 2008. He became a partner in the Century 21 and SVN franchises in 2017 which is home to 75 residential and commercial agents.

Cutler is a CCIM designee, Past and Current President of the Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation which oversees the revitalization of the CBD in Historic Downtown Idaho Falls and he is also a Past President and current member of the Exchange Club of Idaho Falls.

Kevin has also obtained his Instructor certification in SCUBA and CHT certification in hyperbaric medicine while working in the medical arena after college.
