About Kevin

Kevin has had a diverse and dynamic career, marked by impressive accomplishments in both real estate and technology. During the 2008 financial crash, his largest sale was a $53.8 million shopping center, and his client went on to purchase a bulk condo package and 10 short-sale condos, making Kevin a trusted and loyal partner to this day. One of his most unique sales involved a quick, sight-unseen transaction through Skype with a former Hollywood actress. The actress left a memorable message for Kevin, which can be found on YouTube. Kevin also appeared on HGTV’s *Live Here Buy This*, where filming took place on Palm Beach Island and at the Ritz on Singer Island.

Before entering real estate, Kevin had an impactful career in the tech field, where he played a role in the top-secret development of the first laser launched into space. In 1993, he was targeted by a Russian KGB agent while working at United Technologies, and he subsequently helped the FBI dismantle a NYC-based spy ring. With such a colorful background, Kevin is now planning to write a book, drawing inspiration from his extraordinary life, similar to the story of *Red Sparrow*.
