He has lived and worked in San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Rancho Mirage before finally finding and settling down in America’s Finest City 15 years ago. This journey has afforded Kevin a unique and varied perspective of many diverse real estate markets. Besides boasting an extensive portfolio of real estate sales, Kevin brings significant ancillary work that has proved invaluable to his real estate success. Not only has he been an appraiser, giving him a rare and finer understanding of property valuations, but he also has a building contractor’s license that allowed him to personally complete a variety of home additions and remodeling projects. He has even sold out a new home development, so he truly has experienced more facets of the real estate industry than most agents. Kevin resides in the central metro community of Kensington. Although he specializes in the Mid-City communities such as Kensington, Normal Heights, Mission Hills and North Park, Kevin works and has completed transactions throughout the county. On the personal side, Kevin loves to spend his extra time with his dogs, music (playing keyboards), cooking and his true passion since childhood: woodworking. He’s an amazing professional and colleague, and our team has been enriched by his wonderful personality and spirit.
