When I first began the process of looking to purchase my first home, it was incredibly overwhelming and stressful -- and also extra stressful, as I was also helping my Mom make a house purchase of her own, too! From my first info call with Tawnya, I knew that I needed to move forward with her as my realtor, and I am so grateful that I did. Tawnya and Kevin were incredibly reliable for coordinating showings, super responsive on text, phone, and email, and so patient with both me and my Mom as we asked many questions, refined and refined and refined our search criterial along the way. They were so great at supporting us from offer letter, through close of escrow, and beyond! They took care of everything on the backend -- and we were both so grateful for their great knowledge of the market and community, the great network of resources and referrals they supplied us with, and just their authentic kindness and genuine desire to help find the perfect homes for us both. Tawnya and Kevin were fantastic! We are first-time home buyers, and they assisted us every step of the way and always had our best interests in mind. Tawnya is great at answering any questions that we have promptly. She and Kevin are super patient and understanding when booking house viewing times. My husband and I have crazy work schedules, and she was always flexible with scheduling viewing after work. Even after closing, we still call with questions and concerns, and she is happy to help. Tawnya and Kevin are fantastic; so glad we chose them to assist us with purchasing our first home 10/10 would recommend them!

Tawnya and Kevin were recommended to us by one of their previous clients. They were really great to work with in our home search. They always responded promptly when we had questions - by text, email and phone. They made arrangements to view the homes in which we expressed interest at times convenient for us, especially as we were coming from out of town. This review is long overdue. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our home buying experience with Tawnya! With two kids and one on the way, my husband and I finally bit the bullet and decided to move from the city (SF) to the 'burbs (Brentwood). We were given a handful of recommendations for realtors by friends and family. After chatting and interacting with a few different agents, it was clear to me that Tawnya would be an excellent fit for us after our first conversation. Especially being new to the Brentwood area, plus the competitive Bay Area market, it was highly beneficial to have Tawnya's local knowledge and real estate experience. We looked at house after house, week after week, until we landed our home, just in time for baby number 3! Throughout the process, Tawnya and Kevin were extremely patient with us, answered our many questions, were flexible with our schedule, and responsive to calls, texts, and emails. To top it off, Tawnya and Kevin are just genuinely kind and thoughtful people.

They listed our home in San Ramon and it sold within the first 5 days of the listing well over the asking price. The sale went flawless and with their knowledge of the market we could not have been more pleased.

Kevin and Tawnya met with us at the very end of October 2020 and they put our house on the market November 4th, We were in such good hands. Never sold a house before so I was blowing Tawnya's phone up daily!!! She answered all my questions silly or other wise.
