Kevin was very helpful as my fiancé and I searched for our first home together. We felt like deer in the headlights as we seriously considered putting in offers on homes. The paper work felt overwhelming and there were many things we didn’t understand. However, Kevin was there to answer our questions, help us make pros and cons list, and went above and beyond when working for us. My fiancé and I are now about to close and Kevin has been awesome through every step! Highly recommend! (5/31/22)

Absolutely loved him as our Realtor! Kevin did a great job of showing us possible options. He listened to what we liked or disliked and eventually helped narrow down the list of what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the house we found and now have! He was helpful throughout the entire process, especially for first time home-buyers! I honestly don’t know where to begin. Kevin was very responsive. In today’s market that’s a huge deal. He was thorough while touring via FaceTime. Most all showing were via FaceTime and he took his time to point out details. He was a joy to work with and always kept a strong line of communication. Kevin is an awesome realtor. He made every effort to ensure we bought the right house for us. He answered all of our questions. If he wasn’t sure about something, he would research and find the answer. We were new to buying thru a realtor but he explained it very well and was good at letting us know what to expect.
