Kevin Guibara

Kevin Guibara has managed and repositioned Apartment buildings on the San Francisco Peninsula since 2006. Handling the Acquisition, renovation and ongoing leasing for these projects as a principal, partner and manager. Kevin has developed extensive knowledge about construction, building operations and transactions acting as a Real Estate professional and General Contractor everyday. In management, Kevin focuses on providing a tenant centric experience in which the renovation, leasing and residency is as efficient, gratifying and comfortable as possible. Kevin grew up on the San Francisco Peninsula and has lived here since. Kevin attended Menlo School and graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Legal Studies. Kevin is an avid snow skier and enjoys taking his boat out on the San Francisco Bay.
