Kevin was all-around an awesome realtor! During this crazy market, he always showed his support and enthusiasm in finding my partner and I the perfect home. Kevin was super responsive at any time of day. For example, the night before our private showings, houses would hit the market which meant squeezing in more to our schedule. Kevin was always willing to work with us and fit in as many houses as we would like in a day.

After our showings we were in constant communication strategizing to get an upper edge on our offers. It didn’t matter if we had to remove an offer altogether in order to jump on another opportunity; Kevin was always eager to work on whatever was next and was very supportive of our decisions. Overall, I highly recommend Kevin for all your real estate investment opportunities. Kevin’s priority was focusing on his client’s best interests and that was key to finding the perfect home. With Kevin’s positive attitude and friendly demeanor; it’s safe to say he will always be call or text away whether it be as a realtor or friend.

Kevin was the best realtor we could have asked for. Took us to all the house we wanted to see, gave us great and open advice, and was great at coordinating different components of our offers. We had constant communication throughout the entire process and he was very flexible with showings, calls and texts.

It’s a tough market, but Kevin got us the exact house we were looking for. His negotiating skills and charisma were great when talking to other agents, and he was extremely good at getting feedback information from them. He taught us a ton about the real state market, and stuck with us during this sellers market without loosing patience or hope for us at all.

My parents had a horrible first home purchase experience due to a horrible realtor; after coming to showings with us, Kevin changed their perspective and made them look forward to purchasing their next home with him. I really can’t recommend him enough for anyone purchasing a home, specially first timers.

I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home to use Mr.Silva. He made our home buying smoother than I thought possible. He really broke down every step and explained to us all the different ways in which we could be competitive in this crazy sellers market.

We didn’t give up any contingencies and even had the seller fix issues that were found during the inspection. In this market that is unheard of and we are grateful for Kevin for making it all work and always having for our best interests in mind. Truly had complete trust in him during the process and will be using him in the future for any realtor needs.

Literally cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kevin! We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kevin helped us understand the process and was there to answer our questions day and night. We thought it would be challenging buying a house in a seller’s market, but Kevin went the extra mile to make the process smooth and painless, and to ensure the offer we put in was competitive. We truly feel that Kevin had our best interests at heart and that we could trust him fully every step of the way. For example, there was an extra charge on our closing disclosures just before closing that shouldn’t have been there. As soon as he found out about it, he immediately called the lender and got it removed for us.

He was always proactive and professional, and we are so grateful to him for helping us get the home of our dreams. Anyone in the DMV who needs a realtor should get in contact with Kevin, he is the best!
