Kevin Hayes

For nearly 30 years, Kevin has been a leader in commercial and residential real estate development, sales, and marketing. His development, construction, leasing, and purchasing experience allows him to identify, negotiate and manage the purchase of assets in a variety of categories, to satisfy the investment goals of a variety of real estate investors. Investment returns have been extraordinary in most investments, regardless of the market timing. With current market dynamics, investors should expect returns greater than any conventional market investment. Kevin served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army from 1977-1983, resigning at the rank of Captain and having served as the youngest Aviation Company Commander in the Army. Kevin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Engineering in 1977.
