We enjoyed working with Kevin to purchaseour first home. He walked us through the whole process of what kind of loans were available and would work best for us, and found us a property we loved. We told him what we were looking for and he started sending us potential places immediately. Let me start of by saying I would have never thought that buying a home (especially in todays market) could have been such an enjoyable and pleasant experience. Mr. Kevin Housley is the Epitome of what a GREAT realtor should be bar none. Right off the bat from that first hand shake I knew he was in it for me and not the money. From start to finish Kevin is BY FAR the best Real Estate Agent out there! You will not find one that’s more easily accessible and works extremely hard for his clients! Buying or selling during current times is not an easy process but he made things go extremely seamless and when other agents are come up short he’s there to fill the gap and get the process finished in a timely manner. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone other than Kevin to represent me or my family for Buying or Selling!

We chose Kevin to be our buyers agent because he showed commitment and willingness to go the distance. We live out of state and knew it was going to be a challenge. Plus, we had a VA loan. And as many know, military members and agents, it can seem impossible for a seller to accept a VA loan in today's housing market. But given the right circumstances of a willing seller and the drive of a good agent, our hopes of buying a home that checked all the boxes became a reality. Kevin hung in there with us, even when we were extra particular with the purchase agreement details. We really appreciated his patience with us. We felt this was a big decision to make long distance and that meant ensuring getting it right the first time. We've moved many times in the past and wanted this to be a final destination for us in retirement. Kevin takes pride in his work and will make you feel as though you're his only client when searching for a home. He's also knowledgeable in Georgia's housing market which was helpful in navigating the process from a distance. And as a nice final gesture Kevin surprised us with a thoughtful house warming gift card. Nice touch! Thank you Kevin and his team for their patience and perseverance in making it all happen for us.

When we first met Kevin we were immediately impressed and knew we were going to work with him as our realtor. He was very personable and driven yet down to earth. Beginning with the initial meeting, Kevin and his team were responsive...we provided all the features we wanted in a house, the specific locations, and our availability to make visits to the selected options.

Kevin Housely is the right man to go to if you’re in the market for a house. I was a first time home buyer and completely out of my element. Almost jumped on the first house I came across just because I was excited.. he gave me some solid, honest advice and asked me for the opportunity to allow him to show me some homes that would be a much better value than what I was looking at.
