Kevin spent hours researching homes and meeting with us on often short notice and in the evening to tour homes. He came well prepared with the facts and history of the homes. When it came time to sell our home he spent the same time getting our house listed and sold. Within a week we had an accepted offer and he followed the process through to ensure a smooth closing.

Kevin was awesome when I was looking for a home to shorten my commute to work. We spent a few Saturdays together going from place to place looking at potential homes. There was a place that intrigued me but I was reluctant to take a look. Kevin suggested to just take a look and see. He met me at the house and I fell in love!
