Kevin started out with one of the largest home builders in the country, Ryan Homes, as a Construction Manager & Sales Manager. While there, he received extensive training in residential project management and new home sales. He built and sold over 250 homes in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Price William counties. These homes ranged in size from 1200 square foot town homes to 7000 square foot estate homes. He was the recipient of numerous company awards in customer service, volume, as well as employee of the year. In 2010, he accepted an outside sales manager position with a construction supply company. In this position, he managed an 8-state territory while increasing market share and brand awareness.
He has a track record of outstanding customer service and knowledge of the Northern Virginia home market. These traits along with an understanding of construction methods and space design give his clients a distinct advantage.

He is a native Virginian, growing up outside Roanoke where his first jobs included working for his grandfather’s landscaping company and framing houses for one of the area’s largest custom builders. He attended James Madison University where he graduated with a BBA in Economics and Marketing Information Systems. He currently lives in Reston with his wife and dog.
