About Kevin

Kevin has been on the My Florida Team since August 2016. He was born and raised in northeast Wisconsin and graduated from Ferris State University, located in Michigan, with a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Golf Management. Having completed a college internship in Southwest Florida, after his 2003 graduation He decided to return to beautiful SWFL to begin his golf management career. A few years later, and because of real estate, he met his wife, Jen. They both owned condos in the same complex in Bonita Springs. They have been married since 2009 and she is a Behavioral Specialist with Lee County School District.

While working in the golf business, Kevin decided to pursue the training necessary to obtain a real estate license. Working in the golf business and working in real estate are similar in that both demand courteous, attention-to-detail service, as well as expert knowledge. He takes great pride in being able to provide this to all his clients. From early on in life, he was taught that planning and follow through are important keys to success and shortcuts are not acceptable. He is working for you and, if he is not doing his job to your satisfaction, you have every right to fire him! He takes that very seriously and does everything he can within his power to make sure clients are treated to the best real estate experience possible.

Having worked at some of the best private golf clubs in SWFL, such as Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club and Foxfire Country Club, his experience and relationships give him a unique insight as to what clients are looking for in client service, real estate and the golf lifestyle. Having lived in SWFL since 2003, he can certainly provide perspective on everything SWFL has to offer.
