Kevin was there with us every step of the way on our journey to find our prefect home. We started by looking at resale houses but then stumbled upon a new build model that we absolutely fell in love with. Kevin helped me buy my first house. He is super helpful and guided me through the whole process. I had A LOT of questions as a first time buyer and he answered all of them. In addition, he gave some very sage advice. Very professional and very available to see the houses I liked. I would ask to see a house and he would get it set up the same day. Kevin makes buying house a breeze and it was such a smooth process. I felt like he really had my back and was someone I could trust. I couldn’t have asked for more. In fact, I just referred my friend to him yesterday. He will be my go to realtor the next time I want to buy a house!

Kevin Lau recently assisted my wife and I in our journey into building our new house. Kevin Lau was extremely helpful and encouraging every step along the way. He was always a phone call or text away and was very quick to respond no matter how small the question was. We enjoyed him so much that we decided to hire him to assist us in selling our old house. I bought my house in Oct of 2018 with the help of Kevin Lau. He was very helpful in expediting the sale because we had a brief stay in an apartment and the lease would be up in about 3 weeks. So we needed a place to live as soon as possible with Kevin's help we found just the right house for us.Because he got the job done so fast we avoid extra fees.He is a.very easy person to work with and always returns your call promptly.It was a real pleasure too be able to work with him.
