About Kevin

My name is Kevin McCraw and I am a life long near 43 year resident of West Lafayette, IN. Went to Purdue University and came out of it with an expectation of what I wanted to do in life but went a completely different direction and I love it. Before then, I was able to watch this town grow from a small, quaint, place over the years to what it has become today. I grew up across from acres of cornfield that are now hundreds, if not thousands of homes for families. I’ve seen forests and farms become highways, swamps become huge department stores, weed patches become apartment buildings and everyday more and more growth continues as home production and prices continue to rise. It has been now over 12 years in which I have been in the Real Estate industry and I truly love it and have a passion that drives me . In those 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with numerous builders and helped people design and build their new dream home. I’ve helped sellers achieve over and above asking price numerous times, helped investors find cash flowing rentals, helped take distressed homes from ruin to riches through complete restoration and to this day, every day continues to be a new adventure.
