About Kevin

Kevin comes full time to the real estate sales industry after 27 years in the retail banking world. His most recent role was Assistant Vice President/ Mortgage Lending Officer with Alltrust Credit Union, prior to this Kevin was with BayCoast Bank/ Bank of Fall River for 20 years as Branch Manager of the Fairhaven office and Mortgage Lender. As a 4th generation Landlord Kevin spent many days with his Parents and Grandparents in their tenement units some of which were built by his Great Grandfather a retired Whaleship Carpenter. Becoming a landlord at the age of 23, Kevin brings many years of experience to his help his buyers and sellers alike.

A 1990 Graduate of Dartmouth High, Kevin then received his Associates Degree from Bristol Community College and Bachelor of Science from Salem State University. In 2015 Kevin graduated from the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College. As a lifelong resident of the South Coast Kevin is a member of the New Bedford Yacht Club and has been an Elected member of the Dartmouth Planning Board since 2014, after leaving the Zoning Board of Appeals. When not in the Office or working hands on at his residential rental units Kevin can be found walking on any one of the local Natural Resource Trust trails or sailing the local waters with his wife and 2 children.
