Kevin's passion for real estate started while he worked in commercial banking as an underwriter, portfolio manager, and financial analyst. “Real estate actually chose me when I started investing,” states Kevin, “I believe in the benefits real estate offers and love working with the community, to me it was a perfect culmination.” Graduating with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in both finance and economics, Kevin took his education and experience to successfully facilitate a career in a competitive industry. In addition, Kevin has earned several designations, including the prestigious Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). These designations are held by a select group, assuring affluent buyers and sellers that the associate has the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require. It is Kevin's integrity coupled with an in-depth understanding of the market that facilitates long lasting relationships with his clientele.
As a husband, father, REALTOR®, and active member of the community, Kevin puts his whole heart and dedication in everything he does. Kevin is a member of Bayside Community Church, living a faith driven life, focused on helping others. He is also involved in a variety of organizations including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude’s, New Story, UF Alumni Sarasota Chapter board member, Chargers soccer coach, as well as faith-based ministries and initiatives.
