Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with during my home-buying process. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable to me, especially as a first time buyer. He was even able to negotiate the purchase price down a significant amount. Kevin and his assistant, Brittney, were available at all hours to answer all of my questions ranging from resale value to quality of construction to local hotspots. I'm a pretty picky buyer and Kevin was with me every step of the way until I found the perfect house, which I only found on his company's app. His help with scheduling and interfacing with inspectors and possible contractors was also crucial to my home-buying process, as I had no experience in this area . Kevin was amazing to work with!

He sold my condo at list price, and it only took four days! His knowledge of local trends and pricing is amazing.

He also helped me with my new home purchase. It was a contingency close with my sale, and he was amazing at coordinating the simultaneous closing for both properties.

He's very easy going, and was responsive to all my questions and inquiries along the way over text or phone call - whichever was more convenient for us in the moment. He always gave me updates at the end of each working day as to the status of the sale (inspection, appraisal results, etc.) I never felt in the dark about anything during the process. He even kept in touch while he was out of the country.

Before we listed, he helped stage my place for listing photos, and hired a professional photographer who took amazing photos.

In today's world, everyone knows a Realtor; Friend of Friend or Family. Similar to most industries, the real estate industry has 10% of the Realtors doing 90% of the business. Kevin Owens has the Top Rankings, Accolades and Notoriety and its all well deserved and he takes none of it for granted. Kevin Owens is the BEST, most IMPRESSIVE all around Realtor we have ever used or encountered on any of our deals. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, a fantastic communicator and truly worked for us, his client. He was extremely responsive to text or calls at all hours of the day and weekend. Our listing was not a common listing as we built our dream custom home with all of the details you would want or find in a $ Million + home, just not in a $ Million + home neighborhood. At completion, we decided we loved the home but wanted more land and wanted to be in North Scottsdale. Kevin saw the vision, our value and did a great job understanding the market of North Phoenix and guided us with precision. The marketing for the home was detailed and professional included a custom unique website, professional photos designed for magazine covers, advertising in the Luxury Home Magazine (magazine for $1M + homes) and every home tour he could be on in the entire zip code. He was so creative to get people (realtors and prospective buyers) to the house he even rented a party bus with champagne and took 30+ of the top realtors in North Phoenix, Cave Creek and Scottsdale to see the property. Brilliant! Kevin has such a strong drive to deliver excellent service, be on the cutting edge of marketing and values the relationships along the way. His advice, negotiations and networking with industry professionals such as lawyers and title officers is truly in a class of its own. Kevin met the appraiser (buyers, not ours) at the house to discuss the house, market and provided comps to help the appraiser in an area which the appraiser said 'there isn't much to compare.' The appraisal actually came in over the sale price. A surprise to us, Kevin was actually at the closing signing, a first in our 20+ years of home buying and selling. Kevin Owens was recommended to us by a realtor friend who said, "Kevin is the best sellers' agent in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area." Despite the bar being set so high, he exceeded our expectations.
- our house was previously listed with another brokerage for 88 days and didn't sell, Kevin sold our home in just three days for over the previous list price!
- our property sold for $53,500 over list price after bidding multiple offers against each other
- in two days of being on the market, we had 8 showings and four offers come in

How does he do this?
- He is a master at marketing properties: setting price, knowing how to highlight the strengths of the property and capture them in photographs (including drone shots), creating elegant brochures and effective use of social media.
- He pays attention to the tiniest details from staging, to follow up with agents and buyers to responding quickly and professionally to every form of communication. I don't think we ever waited more than a few minutes to get a response to a text message.

He is pleasure to work with - relaxed and friendly - never put pressure on us to sell. I'm fact we talked about the pros and cons of listing the house during the slow summer months. He was very willing to wait until fall. We decided to list in what turned out to be one of the hottest weeks of the summer but didn't regret it.

It is one skill set to get a contract. Another one to keep the deal together. He was an expert at guiding us through every phase of the transaction.

After the sale was completed he continued to follow up with us - even finding us some temporary housing that turned out to be ideal.

Kevin's superior luxury home marketing approach helped produce these results. Some of the marketing items included: excellent professional pictures with aerial views, video brochures, signage, property website, social media marketing, etc.

Our home stagnated on the market for eight months with another realtor before Kevin took the listing. He turned our relocation nightmare into a dream. I don't even know where to begin to convey my thoughts and feelings regarding my experience of selling my home with Kevin. First of all, he is one of the most personable realtors I've worked with.
I was in the middle of a transitional time in my life and really needed someone to "hold my hand" through this whole process and Kevin was with me from start to finish and a whole lot of "stuff" in between. He definitely went above and beyond the scope of his duties. The many services that Kevin provided were his knowledge of the market which he communicated well with me, his expertise in marketing our home internationally, and his pricing recommendations based on current market data. Kevin put together a marketing strategy that was very impressive with professional photos, video, brochures and an individual property website.

Outstanding! That is the only word to describe Kevin Owens. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication... everything. I gave him my criteria and the second house that I looked at was the one. It was absolutely perfect and everything I was looking for.

His contacts with the lender and the title company elevated the service he provided. They were professional, courteous, and helped me through the process as much as Kevin did.

Being new to Arizona, I had no knowledge of the market. Kevin took the time to explain everything to me and really did a great job of keeping me off the ledge. When it came to the inspection, repairs, etc., I do not believe any other realtor could have negotiated on my behalf any better, getting me everything I asked for (within reason, of course).

Kevin will definitely be my realtor the next time I am ready to buy or sell and I recommend him to all of my family and friends.

It was such a pleasure to work with Kevin! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every step of the way he kept me informed of everything I needed to know. The best part was that he was there when I needed him. Via phone, text or email, he was always reachable. I never felt out of the loop or ignored.

A great knowledge of the Phoenix market and smart, targeted strategy for our loft, helped it sell quickly. We were under contract within 10 days of going on the market with an offer $8,000 over asking price. I never expected it to sell so quickly! Knowing how to price it and finding the right comparable sales in the neighborhood set us up for this great outcome.

The professional photos and online presentation definitely helped our property stand out and it got noticed! We had multiple offers and they were all over asking price.

The most surprising part, this all took place before meeting him face to face. I live on the east coast and was able to work with him from a distance. Kevin took care of everything I needed. Kevin was one of three realtors referred to me by my relocation company when moving from Phoenix to Indianapolis, Indiana. His strategy had me sold from day one, though I kept a cautiously optimistic point of view. He helped me through every step of staging and preparation, and then sold my house for about 12% over list price. I had about $60K more in my pocket than I expected!

Now that the numbers are out of the way, Kevin is a delight to work with and has a phenomenal attitude and approach to his job. Kevin recently helped us purchase our first house since moving to Arizona. Coming from out of state, we weren't completely sure what area we wanted to purchase in. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable of the entire valley and suggested various neighborhoods for us to search in. Kevin was always available to us, even on weekends and in the evening, if questions or concerns came up.
