About Kevin

Over 16 years, he held various management positions. He has overseen the growth of his Real Estate brokerage from over 20 agents to 170 agents. His company achieved a ranking among the top 250 brokerages in North America and the top 50 in the Prudential system. Serving as the inaugural Prudential affiliate in The Rocky Mountains, Kevin witnessed the organization's expansion and played a significant role in Prudential’s growth in Colorado.

The majority of Kevin Patterson's ownership in Prudential Professional, REALTORS was sold, and he returned to sales in 2005, following the untimely passing of his mother, the legendary REALTOR Kay Deen Patterson. In 2008, Kevin finalized the sale of his remaining interest in Prudential Professional REALTORS and relaunched his independent local real estate brokerage business, The Patterson Group. As part of the business launch, he inaugurated a new commercial office building constructed at 3470 Centennial Blvd. in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

In 2013, Kevin Patterson, representing The Patterson Group, was fortunate to be a residential sales leader in Colorado Springs, securing the number one position with residential sales totaling 54,000,000 dollars. He also anticipates maintaining a leadership role in this segment.
