About Kevin

At age 16 Kevin started working as an apprentice for his father's custom home building company, Rynes Development of Lake Forest. Kevin worked as a general contractor for 10 years, perfecting the extensive process of building million-dollar luxury homes along the North Shore and Lake Geneva area. He oversaw the project from start to finish, from finding the vacant land and staking it out, to obtaining the certificate of occupancy and helping the clients move in! Kevin worked side by side with the contractors, trades, inspectors, and villages to ensure the final product exceeded every client's expectation. These invaluable years of hands-on experience provide him with a unique, in depth of knowledge of home construction and design.
