Kevin is a senior executive skilled in organizational strategy, operations and sales. Since 1994 Kevin has produced and delivered hundreds of residential properties to satisfied end users from Nantucket to Maine. His particular expertise focuses on identifying, purchasing and developing raw land for purposes of delivering new residential single family homes. Kevin's project management capabilities are unique in residential real estate development. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Sensei and has formally studied production theory and total quality management. Kevin understands the value of any project is derived from aligning the goals with the proper combination of man, methods and materials. He has demonstrated an ability to identify and deliver the proper combinations and create value in every market.
Kevin holds an M.B.A. from The Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, a B.S. in Finance and Economics from North Adams State College and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University.
In addition to his education Kevin is a licensed Principal Real Estate Broker in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
